Welcome to visit BT-AUTO lighting company, we are specialized in auto LED headlight, auto LED bulb, and HID products for years. Today we BT-AUTO team took some professional videos about car 9007/HB5 led headlight bulb installation.
9007 / HB5 bulb normally is used on car brands: Ford, Nissan and Dodge, and the mainly models are as follows:
2004 Ford Ranger,
2002 Ford Excursion,
2002 Ford F-150/F-250,
2002/2006/2007 Nissan Xterra,
2012/2013 Nissan Frontier,
2011 Nissan Pathfinder;
2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500/2500/3500.
We used 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 headlight assembly to do the installation video.
We replaced the 9007/HB5 halogen to BT-AUTO unique LED headlight X9-9007, X8-9007, X7-9007, G11F-9007, G11B-9007, G11R-9007 one by one.
First, let me introduce the X9 series LED headlight bulb simply:
1.Excellent illumination: 30W, 2700lm, 3500lux, standard light pattern,
2.Efficient cooling: Double sides copper PCB, Aluminum body with radiator, hydraulic bearing fan,
3.Smart 360° adjustable adapter,
4.Compact design: small base, driver built-in, easy installation.
Now let’s see how to install X9-9007 LED headlight bulb.
1.Pull the plug, remove the lock ring.
2.Take out the 9007 /HB5 halogen bulb.
3.Separate the X9-9007 LED headlight bulb‘s ring, and compare the CUTS with the original halogen.
4.Put the X9-9007 LED headlight bulb‘s adapter inside the hole, screw the lock ring to fix the adapter.
5.Insert the X9-9007 bulb into the slot, rotate the LED bulb counterclockwise until it stays VERTICAL(plug downward).
6.Make sure the LED bulb stay VERTICAL(LED chips facing 3 and 9 o’clock).
7.Connect the plug.
After finished the installation of X9-9007, we installed X8-9007, X7-9007, G11F-9007, G11B-9007, G11R-9007 one by one in the same way.
