In order to improve our BT sales team’s business ability and learn from other excellent sales teams, we participated the 2021 Alibaba Super September Competition. During the competition, several sales teams would learn, train, PK, play, and share together, it’s really an unforgettable experience.
There were 80 excellent Alibaba sellers among 4,400 in Canton area who participated in the competition, total 709 people this year, we BT-AUTO was honored to be 1 of the 80. BT-AUTO is specialized in auto LED headlight for more than 12 years, and we warmly welcome OEM and ODM for all BT-AUTO LED headlight, auto LED bulb, and HID products.
At the beginning of the opening ceremony, the Alibaba sponsor explained the competition rules, the competition time, and PK contents, and then gave a boost morale speech.
The main PK contents are: whole sales amount, sales amount via Alibaba trade assurance, order quantities via Alibaba trade assurance, new customers and inquiries, and it started from September 1st, 2021 till September 30th, 2021.
Then 80 excellent sellers/companies were divided into 6 teams, each team also is a corp which has their special name and uniform. We BT-AUTO belongs to the 6 corp-THANOS CORP, and our uniform is yellow, which means: Young, Energetic, and hopeful!
The next schedule was the flag-giving ceremony, the general gave pep talks to all 6 corps after each corps got their flag.
After the flag-giving ceremony, we came to the team game part. This part was for helping the corps’ members know each other. The 80 companies came from different cities, and barely know each other before this competition, but in the coming 1 month, some of them would work as 1 team and compete with other teams. We THANOS corp included 14 companies, and we were very glad to know each other, and very excited to play game together and cooperated well.
It’s exciting to fight together with so many excellent peers. After knowing each other in our corps, we placed a bet about the whole sales amount with Sanrong company during the whole competition period, if we won, Sanrong would provide 1 month free technical support for us; if they won, we would do same for Sanrong. It’s interesting, and also it urged and encouraged us BT-AUTO salesman very much.
Oath-taking ceremony was the last part of this competition, we all made promise to try best to fulfill our goal, just like Alibaba wristband said “YOUNG, POWER”! We BT-AUTO, as a young energetic and professional sales team, will keep fighting and providing excellent LED headlight bulb, auto LED bulb and HID xenon bulbs as always.
